The Impactful Journey of a Passionate Registered Nurse

Once upon a time in Davao City, Philippines, lived a passionate and visionary registered nurse by the name of Rosemarie Jumawan. Her heart bled every time she witnessed the struggles that people went through daily, in search of basic needs.

One day, after much observation and consideration, Jumawan decided to take action and establish an organization that would offer skills training to the rural population, enabling them to uplift their economic status. Thus, Vegloure-Magne Charity Link Foundation (VMCLF) was born, on February 23, 2005.

VMCLF’s main purpose was to equip rural individuals with knowledge in business management, provide them with training and mentors to guide them in the entrepreneurial journey, and ultimately help them establish their businesses. Rosemarie’s ultimate joy would come from seeing members of the rural community become self-sufficient through their acquired skills and knowledge.

By collaborating with various government agencies like DSWD, DOH, and Local Governments, VMCLF implemented numerous training programs such as food processing, basic business management programs, entrepreneurship mentoring, and skills training, among others. The curriculum for these programs was tailored to provide critical business insights and development strategies.

The foundation also runs notable programs like scholarship schemes that facilitate education for talented youth from economically disadvantaged families. In recent times, VMCLF, through its partnership with Jagne-C Cosmetics, adopted affiliate marketing to provide its members with sustainable online business marketing assistance.
